Recent & Upcoming Improvements
Since the beginning of 2023, we have been making countless renovations to our facility in order for Diamond J Ranch to be an elite establishment for horses and humans alike. Below is a list of some of the projects that we've since been working on to make Diamond J Ranch the ideal facility for our clients, guests, and horses.
- Entirely new extensive fire and security system with cameras in every stall and around the property
- Completely renovated furnished tack room, office, full bathroom, and lounge with new paint, flooring, temperature control, keurig, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer
- New personal tack lockers available to rent
- All new metal siding, roofing, and gutters
- Concrete surrounding the barn and in driveways
- Upgraded parking area
- Improved gate security
- Routine horse-safe extermination for rodent and pest control
- New LED lighting throughout the barn, in each stall, and parking area
- Leveling, reframing, and repairing stalls
- Haygain ComfortStall Orthopedic Flooring System installed for stall floors
- Freshly painted stall bars and stall doors
- New outdoor shutters for stall windows
- New aisle guards and exhaust fans for airflow
- Replacing and repainting old sky lights in the barn
- Upgraded wash bays with hot and cold water
- Upgraded grooming bays
- Upgraded feed room
- New water filtration system in the barn
- New septic system
- Water and drainage management
- Redoing water lines to pastures
- Pasture grading, soil testing, reseeding, and improved management
- New fencing
- Grading roads to pastures
- Awnings on ends of covered arena for additional covered space
- Improved footing in the covered arena
- Fixing up 2nd arena and putting in a round pen
- Additional storage areas for new equipment and machinery
- New manure dump area
- Maintenance plan for steep hillsides and brush
